If Xi’an My Home, as a resting place, becomes your wise choice during your journey, the following rules should be abided by.

1.     It is every citizen’s obligation to observe the disciplines and laws. You are prohibited to gamble and whore while living here. Otherwise you will be held responsible for all the consequences arising therefrom.

2.     The facilities in the apartment are selectively equipped by us. Please keep them in good state until you leave. You are supposed to pay for the damage caused by improper use or personal conducts.

3.     The deposit of the room facilities and room keys as well as the total rent of the apartment should be paid when you check in. The amount of the deposit depends on the equipment of the room. If you have paid an advance deposit, it will be deducted from the rent. For the reason you can understand, it is not accepted to pay the rent when you check out.

4.     Water and electricity of 5kw per day are free of charge. If the available electricity is exceeded, you have to pay for the excess at the unified price set by the local electricity supplier.

5.     If you intend to check out earlier than scheduled time, please inform us at least one day before your departure. Otherwise we will charge extra fee for one more day based on the actual days. And if you plan to delay the check-out, also inform us one day ahead of time and renew the registration in time. If not, we will treat you as a new guest or refuse your application. The check-out time is before 2pm. After this hour, extra fee for half a day will be charged. If you check out after 6pm, extra fee for a whole day will be charged.

6.     Normally we won’t disturb you without your request while you live here. Please keep the apartment clean and sanitary. Contact us soon when you need our help and we will serve you with utmost sincerity!
